Day 808

Day 72 of Alaska Trip

Well, well, well…..nothing exciting to report from Alyeska today. Just a day spent at the campground taking care of a few personal affairs, none of which would interest ya’ll. Even though it wasn’t an adventurous day for us, the forest at our campground gave plenty of entertainment to our 4-legged friend, filled with digging, sniffing and trying to find the teasing chipmunks in the trees. And it appears we don’t have the dangerous wildlife to worry about Sadie encountering since they don’t frequent this part of Alaska. The Chena Lake Recreational area has just standard trash bins, no bear proof containers that we’ve seen in most of the state. So knock yourself out Sadie!
